In “CS,” Lil Uzi Vert covers System Of A Down’s August 2001 hit single, “Chop Suey!” as Uzi interoperates a strictly nu metal-only sound for the track.
The track features a backing of an electric guitar, creating a fierce cadence as Uzi sings in a fast flow as the tempo of the guitar increases in speed. The tempo later slows down in the song’s chorus as Uzi covers the topic of suicide.
Just hours prior to the track’s release, it leaked in its entirety after being snippeted for the first time just a week preceding its release and placement on Pink Tape.
