“CIGARETTE,” previously dubbed by fans as “One of One,” sees Lil Uzi Vert rapping about their frequent topics of success, fashion, and being one of the best in the game, while also touching on their come up.
A snippet of the song first appeared online on May 29, 2022. Uzi would later perform a portion of the song on June 17, 2022, during Lyrical Lemonade’s Summer Smash 2022.
The song was released on July 23, 2022, for the streaming version of Uzi’s EP RED & WHITE. It was released in place of “BELIEVE ME,” which wasn’t put on streaming services due to sample clearance issues.
