On “Sanguine Paradise,” Lil Uzi Vert brags about their money, cars, and diamonds, among other various luxuries. The track is one of two promotional singles released for Uzi’s forthcoming album, Eternal Atake, that were released on April 9, 2019.

The song’s instrumental is the work of Philadelphia-based producers Oogie Mane and Brandon Finessin, both of whom are members of the Working on Dying collective. It is built around a sample of Mykko Montana’s 2012 track “Do It,” which would cause a delay in the song’s release due to clearance complications.

“Sanguine Paradise” was originally previewed on December 8, 2018, when Uzi used it as the opening track for their Lil Uzi Vert + Friends concert held in Philadelphia, PA, at the Wells Fargo Center.

The song was leaked online on March 31, 2019, under the fan-made title “Money Keep Coming,” a day prior to the leak of “That’s a Rack.” The leaking of both songs prompted Uzi to respond in a photo posted to their Instagram story, in which they wrote:

"Everytime something leak you know everything takes longer ….so have fun"
