"Shots Fired" is the opening track of Megan Thee Stallion's debut studio album, Good News (2020). The song serves to end the conversation around the shooting so that the rest of the album is focused on what else Megan has to say. She also briefly calls into question the lack of justice for Breonna Taylor and other black women.
