    13 tracks

Melanie C's fourth studio album, primarily released on March 30, 2007 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Second release was set to United Kingdom on April 2nd, followed by the rest of Europe.
The Third release reached Brazil, with the same tracklist of Portugal, in November 10, 2009.

The album features the singles I Want Candy, The Moment You Believe, Carolyna and This Time. The release of the latter was intended to include a remix of Understand by Stephen Hague, but due to an error during the pressing at the master studio, the track was replaced by the original version. To compensate for this, Melanie C is giving away a free mp3 of This Time (Stephen Hague remix) at her website.

On April, 8 of 2008 Melanie released the album in Canada with Carolyna being the first single. In early June, Melanie C confirmed that the fifth single to be lifted from the album is Understand. However, due to the failure of the previous single, it's unknown if it will be released as a CD Single in Europe. But Melanie announced at her official website, that the single will be released in Canada as the second single from the album.

The album was written and recorded throughout the second half of 2006 and early 2007 and released on Chisholm's own record label, Red Girl Records. It features writing collaborations with Adam Argyle, Peter-John Vettese, Guy Chambers and Cathy Dennis (amongst others); it also features production credits from James Bourne (ex-Busted/now in Son Of Dork), Richard Flack, Joel Edwards (of Deepest Blue).

The songs What If I Stay and Don't Let Me Go are cover versions of two songs originally written and recorded by Speedway lead singer Jill Jackson for her debut solo album.

In Switzerland, the album was certified Gold after just three weeks of release.
In Brazil, the album was released 2 years later, reaching Top 10 at MTV, with Carolyna.
