Группа запомнилась, конечно, кавером на Blue Monday, но этот кавер реально качает

The band has been dead since 2005 or thereabouts. Jay is the only original member and he's a jackass lol

Any fan of old school industrial should give this album a listen. The DAB Album is bound to be a household classic. https://li.sten.to/thedabalbum

It's good to refresh in memory one of the interesting bands of 90s in 2021. Absolutely sick.

For those who didn't know it yet, an interesting fact: Jay Gordon voiced several characters in legendary RPG Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines (e.g. Mitnick the nosferatu hacker, Barabus the nosferatu NPC, Ash the Toreador NPC and Johnny the chinese mobster).

Candyass and Vapor Transmission are equally flawless records. PSP is pretty good too

I love this band's early stuff, even Punk Statik wasn't that bad, but after their reform, they haven't made a single song that holds up to their old stuff. That's not me being an old-school fanboy either, I think bands should always grow and change. But Orgy didn't grow, they started making disgusting music that is only suitable for frat parties. Well, I guess they live up to their name now.

Most of the original members migrated to Julien-K before the singer replaced them w/o their knowledge

I know. What's funny is that Julien-K does what Orgy is now trying and failing to do and they do it wayyyy better.

I guess i'm one of the select few that didn't, internet was powerful in the early 2000's, when finding out about bands on tv became irrelevant. :)

You know it's a cover right? Originally by New Order who are listed as Alternative dance, synthpop, post-punk, new wave, dance-rock & electronica...

Years later and i agree with this! I used to listen to DA a lot back in the day around my college days, thanks to bands like Deadsy and Orgy introducing me to a bunch of industrial rock acts.

And here I thought 'Grime of the Century' was the worst they were gonna get. At least i'll always have the first 3 records to listen to.
