"Hellraiser" is a song written by Ozzy Osbourne, his guitarist, Zakk Wylde, and Lemmy, the frontman of heavy metal band Motörhead. The song was written for Osbourne's No More Tears album and despite being one of the most well known Ozzy Osbourne songs, the song was not released as a single.

The song is written in verse, chorus, verse, chorus, verse, chorus form. The last verse echoes the lyrics of the first four lines, and duplicates the last two lines, of the first verse. Each of the four line chorus begins with "Hellraiser," followed by a six syllable tag.

Motörhead recorded the song in 1992 for the movie Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth, and it was later released as the A-side of their 1992 "Hellraiser" single and The '92 Tour EP. It was also on their album March ör Die.

A trailer for the first Painkiller game had the soundtrack of Hellraiser; X-Play complained "it did not fit with the game." A higher quality re-recording of the Hellraiser track is featured in the popular 2004 video game, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, on its in-game radio station "Radio: X."
