Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? is the debut album by British singer Paloma Faith. It was released on 28 September 2009 by Epic Records. The first single "Stone Cold Sober" was released on 5 June 2009. The second single New York was released on 13 September 2009. The album's third single to be released was the title track, "Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful?," released on 21 December 2009. "Upside Down" was released in March 2010.
The following tracks were not released on the album, but have been released as a single b-side.
