Biography

1999, Dalarna, Sweden
Two guys were listening to Shotgun Messiah and got the idea for a snotty glam/punk/sleaze-band. Tank Hooker and Pär Sundström started writing songs and trying out drummers. The only drummer with the right attitude was Simon LaRue, so he was welcomed to join. At this time, the band name was "Nailed", and the songs were more "metal" than the current collection. Because Tank was not very successful at playing guitar and singing at the same time, the first demo sucked. Pär's other band (Sabaton) was just starting to get more gigs. Simon thought he would soon get sacked anyway, and decided to leave the band. The first edition of Panzer Princess was dead. After a year or so, the band reunited, and continued for a time.

2003, Dalarna, Sweden
Kelly Morgue and Tank were in school, talking about what great music they could make together. Kelly decided to join the band and shortly thereafter, they came to be known as Panzer Princess. Everyone but Pär now had time to go for it for real. Mr. Hooker came to think of an old friend he used to play black-metal with in the late 90's. No one had seen Sir Alex in several years, but he turned up at rehearsal a few days after he got the word. Everything afterwards is fairly irrelevant until the "Moonshine Blues" demo. Now the boys could more and more gigs. So it was show after show while the songs for a new album were written.

About one year after Moonshine Blues was recorded, Panzer Princess went in to studio DB for the second time with Daniel "DeBruno" Beckman and recorded" Legacy of Ignorance" Afterwards, PP made their drunken way through gig after gig, up and down all of Europe.

Finally, Panzer Princess joined up with DeBruno again and in early 2009 they released their first real eight song-album, "Oh no…..Its Panzer Princess". It's the heaviest and most "in your face" record they've made this far.
