No, I haven't, but I certainly will after posting this response. I harbor no affection for individuals who display disrespect, immaturity, behave like a bull in a china shop, and struggle to articulate themselves coherently. Oh, and as a side note: scrobbling Nazi bands doesn't make you appear tough; it simply underscores the aforementioned lack of maturity. Merry Christmas nonetheless.

Blaze in the northern sky was the first black metal album I liked, but this album was the one that really got me obsessed with the genre. Love it so much.

...or you can simply get a FLAC version on the Russian torrent site of your liking. That's where I get my stuff if Spotify and other leftist corporations deem something as "problematic". 🤣

Honestly, if the band didn't have such controversial political views, this album would be considered one of the greatest black metal records ever.

Is it not? Whenever I see a top black metal records list that isn't by some mainstream publication this (or some other KPN album) is almost always on it.

I guess you're right. What I meant was that I think that La Sanie des siècles would have been as recognized and mainstream (for black metal anyway) as albums like Transilvanian hunger or De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, if not for the politics of KPN. That's why the Big metal new sites, posers, and SJWs dismiss Peste Noire. Of course, it's better for black metal to be underground anyway, so I know my original comment was sorta a pointless thing to point out, but whatever.

Transilvanian Hunger? Originally, the back cover also bore the words "Norsk Arisk Black Metal" ("Norwegian Aryan black metal"). Due to negative feedback from many distributors, however, the phrase was removed. The band also intended to issue another controversial statement to mark the album's release: "We would like to state that Transilvanian Hunger stands beyond any criticism. If any man should attempt to criticize this LP, he should be thoroughly patronized for his obviously Jewish behavior".

Physical is always my preferred. Anywhere (prefer download is at all possible) to avoid relying on youtube when mobile and not at home.
