Pitanga em Pé de Amora is a Brazilian quintet from São Paulo. Friends since their teens the young group is formed by Daniel Altman (guitar and vocals), Diego Casas (guitar, percussion and vocals), Flora Poppovic (percussion and vocals), Ga Setúbal (trumpet, guitar, percussion and vocals) and Angelo Ursini (clarinet, sax and flute). Heavily influenced by samba and choro they play original songs in acoustic, also incorporating elements from jazz, frevo, baião and several other musical genres.
