"Late Goodbye" is a single by Poets of the Fall. The song was used as theme music in Remedy Entertainment's 2003 video game "Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne". It was also featured on their 2005 debut album "Signs of Life". The track is based on a poem by Sam Lake, the author of Max Payne 2, and contains many refrences to the Max Payne storyline.
