I can't send you a message because we are not yet friends but I am inspired to tell you that the pianist at the end of Apskaft Allrats – Collageboration #11: The Apskaft Symphony (32:20) makes me feel special as I listen. There is a reason to be listening at that time, especially near the end.

I've included some of your music in a mix I've put together over at 8tracks.com If you object I can remove your tracks from the mix. The idea of it is to get more people listening to experimental music and sound art. If the listener has their 8tracks account connected to their last.fm account it will scrobble. If you'd like to listen to the mix it's here: http://art-moving-on.blogspot.com/2010/03/21st-century-experimental-musicians-and.html

What are the chances of getting a chance to listen to a copy of 650 Spiegel Im Spiegeln? Also, just added to pla5tic3la5tic. This means nothing to the rest of the world but is monumental in my own little head, not that I know a thing about music, which is what makes it so great for me, not to know anything. That way I get to set my own standards. Put you in Piebald Composers as well. I just really appreciate finding your music. I appreciate your tagging abilities just as much.

The noise tracks are bizzare and abstract like there were created by a computer will no prior knowledge of music; the other non-noise tracks don't sound amateurish but again sound as if they were created with no prior knowledge of music. It is nice to hear sounds whose influences are not painfully obvious.

Not quite, but I did make the cover for Data by converting the first minute or two of /dev/hda into .bmp format. My more recent pieces have been callages with [processed] field recordings, and I've got a lot of material waiting to be put together... but when I find the time I'll try that :D

wow, very experimental! especially the /dev/audio pieces :) pity it's nearly impossible to listen to it more than five minutes.. Have you ever tried to save sound in .raw format, then open it in some picture editor, edit, save in .raw and open as sound again (or vice versa)? It makes very similar sounds to what you did with the "cat" command...
