“neverletyougo” is ROLE MODEL’s third single from his debut studio album "Rx".
Talking to Dork about the song, he said: “There’s a lot of storytelling on this album, but this one was just me getting to talk my s__t.”
Co-written and produced by Spencer Stewart, the dynamic duo keeps the production transparent and modest. Straight to the point; it allows you to hone in on every bar ROLE MODEL spits as he effortlessly glides through the track. The accompanying music video for "neverletyougo" is a one-take shot that sees Tucker flirtatiously performing the song to a mystery love interest as they make their way down a city street. Directed by Dylan Knight and Ben Goodman, the modest video captures the simple, unrestrained joy of finding yourself head over heels.
It is heavily rumored that Emma Chamberlain is the mystery girl featured in the music video, as the two have privately been dating for over a year.
