Richard Hawley is a musician from Sheffield, England, who teamed up with The Death Ramps, also known as Arctic Monkeys (whose singer and guitarist, Alex Turner, is a friend and admirer of Hawley) in order to record the song "You and I" as a B-Side for Arctic Monkeys' single "Black Treacle", which was released in 2012.
