New acoustic BBC 6music session available for download at: Featuring Old Ballad of What's His Name, A Song for Milton Feher, Ballad of You Know Who. The website is in Dutch, but Last.fm doesn't like me posting the direct link. http://www.ditisstefan.nl/ditismuziek/2009/05/05/de-akoestiek-richard-swift-bbc-6music/

I guess I understand that last.fm determines "similar" artists by analyzing what an artist's fans listen to, but truthfully, I don't see how Richard Swift sounds like M. Ward or John Vanderslice more than Harry Nilsson. In fact, I looked through 140 "similar artists" to Swift, and Nilsson wasn't among them. Anyone who's even casually listened to both would be struck by how similar they are, both in terms of vocal sound and overall style.
