I Can’t Handle Change is the debut EP by Roar, the EP discusses topics of dealing with mental health problems, in addition to abusive relationships (notably of both Ronnie Spector and her ex-husband Phil Spector mainly, as hinted by the EP cover containing both of them on it).

Throughout the EP, tracks ‘I Can’t Handle Change’, ‘Heart For Brains’, and ‘Duck or Ape’ express and discuss mental health problems and not being good enough. Whilst tracks ‘Baby Bride Rag’, ‘Christmas Kids’, and ‘Just A Fan’ discuss abusive, toxic, and uncertainties in relationships – notably referencing Ronnie and Phil Spector again.
