Steelheart was the first full-length album by Steelheart. It was released on May 10, 1990 and later re-released with a new cover in 1991. It reached #40 on the Billboard 200. The album features Michael Matijevic's multi-octave vocal range and powerful voice, espiecially showcased on "Sheila".
