"Better Than Revenge (Taylor's Version)" is a re-recorded version of the song "Better Than Revenge" and the tenth track from Taylor Swift's third re-recorded album, Speak Now (Taylor's Version).
Swift was accused of slut-shaming in the original version of the song with the lyric of "she's better known for the things that she does on the mattress". Prior to the release of Speak Now (Taylor's Version), it was widely speculated that she may alter the lyric for "Better than Revenge (Taylor's Version)", considering her "more feminist image". The lyric was ultimately replaced, with Swift singing "he was a moth to a flame, she was holding the matches" instead.
