the cover to RW&A was slightly lighter and more blue tinted previously on spotify/apple music unlike the original, and I believe the streaming services corrected it with the slightly darker version recently, thus why the album streams separately on last.fm now!! I noticed this with my two copies of the CD, one printed in 2008 and the other in 1993 and the latter being strikingly different LOL

I love the contrast between Harriott's sincere delivery and her sardonic, witty lyrics. A lot of bands try it, but few (if any) pull it off as well as The Sundays

One of my all time favorite albums (released on my birthday, no less!). Even during those stupid phases I've had where I otherwise only want to listen to Metal or Punk or Jazz or Classical or whatever, this album is one of the few exceptions that sticks with me and I continue to play. Harriet's voice is absolutely heavenly, and their sound is so gorgeous.

Saw one of the first gigs by The Sundays supporting EAT at the Boston Arms, Tufnell Park. Sundays were great, EAT were LOUD. Couldn't here properly for three days!!! Followed the Sundays around the South Coast over a weekend - Portsmouth Uni and Bristol Bierkeler [sp?]. 36 hours, 1200 miles, sleeping over in the car in Bath, cold breakfast at Severen Bridge service station. Went to Nempnett Thrubwell. Great weekend. Great Band. Great times. Oh, how I miss them....!
