Biography
Fall 2016. Three Eyes of the Void is brought to life as one-man-project by Dmytro Kvashnin (ex-Balfor, ex-Ognekolo) intended only for studio activity. The following year brings the debut EP "The Moment of Storm" - four songs recorded in Kyiv, Ukraine with the help of drummer Alexander Kasiarum (ex-Joncofy). On "The Moment of Storm" TEOV's music is presented as a searching and always hungry, starting from black metal but also with a touch of melancholy with a more atmospheric setting. The EP received positive reviews and has been released on CD by the Mexican label Diabolus Productions.
The following years, however, bring silence due to personal life issues and challenges unrelated to music. Finally, Three Eyes of the Void is reborn at the beginning of 2022 in a new reality, as a full-fledged band based in Gdańsk, Poland. Apart from Dmytro Kvashnin, the line-up consists of drummer Arkadiusz Niziołek (Sacrilegium, Acrum, ex-Maroon Quince), guitarist Marcin Urban (Sacrilegium, Acrum, ex-Beheaded) and bassist Jakub Milszewski (Perpetual).
In the new configuration, the band made their live debut alongside Ukrainian death metallers 1914, but most of all started working on the material that Dmytro Kvashnin had prepared with Three Eyes of the Void in mind in past years to be released in 2023 and 2024.
