Now That's What I Call Music! 67 or Now 67 was released on 23 July 2007. The album is the 67th edition of the original (UK) Now! series. Its cover design is similar to that of the U.S. Now 25, which was released at around the same time. It was released on CD & Digital Download formats

On the tracklisting Justin Timberlake's LoveStoned is named as Lovestoned/I Think She Knows (the track's full title), and Gym Class Heroes's Cupid's Chokehold is named Cupid's Chokehold/Breakfast In America, the latter of which it samples.

Now 67 features five songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart. They are: "Umbrella", "Shine" (Take That's version) "Beautiful Liar", "Give It To Me" and "Baby's Coming Back" However, it doesn't include McFly's "Transylvania" which was a double A-side with "Baby's Coming Back".

This album does not have a Girls Aloud song featured on it, breaking the streak of hits starting from Now That's What I Call Music 54, up to Now That's What I Call Music 66, each of which featured Girls Aloud on each album.

Patrick Stump makes a double appearance, once as a solo artist and once with Fall Out Boy.
