Energetic Disassembly is the debut album by progressive metal / technical thrash metal outfit Watchtower. The album was recorded at Cedar Creek Studio and Earth and Sky Studio in 1985. It was released on November 30, 1985. An earlier version of the record was recorded at B.O.S.S. (Bob O'Neill Sound Studios) for Rainforest Records (which was the label S.A. Slayer was a part of at the time), but the recordings got scrapped when Rainforest Records closed.
