"理所当然 (Regular)" is the debut track of the Chinese boy group WayV, and is the title song of their debut single The Vision. It was released on January 17, 2019.
The song was originally released first in Korean by NCT subunit NCT 127, in which WayV member Winwin participated in as a member. After the song's massive success, the English version of the song was promoted in the United States.
"理所当然 (Regular)" is a Latin trap genre song produced by famous American producer Mike Daley and Mitchell Owens. The lyrics of the artist Yen Yun Nong were added to complete the charismatic masterpiece. Unlike the earlier released two versions, this version of "Regular" tells of the group's ambition of becoming a protagonist on the stage, carrying their dreams, determination, and courage. The song is full of a stylish energy, which is unique to WayV.
This version is the third version of the song to be released, following NCT 127's "Regular (Korean Ver.)" and "Regular (English Ver.)". Unlike the latter two, this version is simply referred to as "Regular" and not "Regular (Chinese Ver.)", which has led to speculations that the Chinese version might be the original version of the song.
