Culture system Dvoika. Troika, commonly working under abbreviation 23, is an open community of visual/music artists and producers from Ostrava (Czech republic).

It was founded at the end of the nineties as a community of artists around drum and bass / sound-system / broken beats genres.

There are currently listed 27 standing DJs and 7 visual artists on portfolio of this group.

In past the group has worked with foreign artists like Andy C, Bad Company, Ed Rush, Moving Fusion, Pendulum, Kemal, Subfocus, Future Prophecies, LTJ Bukem, Aphrodite, Shroombab, Black Sun Empire and many more.
