Unlike the traditional 80s’ German power metal or the contemporary American power metal, Happy Metal is characterized by the extensive use of keyboards and a male falsetto vocal. Happy Metal is strongly influenced by classical (symphonic), medieval and/or renaissance music and can be described as melodic. The lyrics are inspired by legends, myths and fantasy literature and sometimes real life. In Happy Metal lyrics, good always wins over evil.
