Metro Reggae is reggae with minimal dub and/or electronic dub. Primarily formed from the roots of "dub reggae" or "ska." For example Rhythm & Sound – Rise and Praise (Vainqueur remix)features a hidden ska upbeat with dub echos on vocals and instruments. This could be possibly tagged metro ska but there is no definition for metro ska yet. In some ways an off-shoot of metro downtempo, and dubstep, in some stylistic origins.
