This tag is used for tracks which stream a song that doesn't match the track title. The mismatch may occur between tracks within the same album, between different albums of an artist, or even between different artists. Sometimes, but not always, it may happen when entirely different tracks have the exact same track title.
But mostly, it happens because somebody screwed up big time.
