Would say Plastic Jesus is decent. It is like the exact middle ground between grunge and post-grunge. Think it would be good live. Like how they mixed it up at around 1:37; it is not some boring redundant song. However, I like Lottery more. I am more into the song structure. I like the drumming and heavy distortion.

So me and a friend are going to a music festival today. I want to scrobble all the songs I hear played live. How would you go about that? Write them down and manually scrobble?

Around 10 years ago we crossed paths at the train junction. I can't believe I finally found you, it only took a decade of SERIOUS searching. How are you doing?

How are you? Did you listen to Rising Sun Systems, Occult Oriented Crime and all the other recent Legowelt releases? Best regards

You have great taste, Steven! I see your shouts everywhere on this site, I recognize them by your eccentric avatar. Even though we don't agree on everything, you have great comments on the music.

It's great :) i like Legowelt since 10 years. But in my youth i was a fan of Grateful Dead, Jerry being my idol. Both Legowelt and GD are west coast ;) Anyway same here, nobody knows about music, meeting musically interested people only via lastfm. Greetings :)

'lo Beanoboo, happy October! Do you do Spotify? Did you see all of the John Peel sessions that were recently uploaded on SoundCloud? My friend posted the link in the John Peel group shoutbox.

Hey, Beanoboo, have you listened to the album "Stories From My Cold War" (2006) by one of Legowelt's aliases, Franz Falckenhaus? Reeeeeeally reeeeeally good.

Chrissanna
lol, hey Beanoboo! Yeah, I think the Chrissanna profil looks a lot like the Pianisssimo profil, if that's what you posted about. I have lyrics on both pages, I think, and the color of the text is supposed to match the flower. haha, yeah, I'm a bit anal at times. The Chrissanna account is playing a game which has grown old fast. So are you in Canada or the US? Canada is one of the few countries I have not visited. Hey, Happy Friday!

Beanoboo! That's a great word, btw. I listened to your music a bit...fun stuff; I've been working nonstop (big deadline) so I didn't have a chance to really focus. I'll revisit it and pop over to Bobby T (Virginia)'s page when my mind is not so cluttered. : )

Hey, thanks for accepting my offer of friendship. I've been "The Black Dog"-ging it for a few hours here and thought I'd take a break with something new from your library. I honestly don't think I've ever listened to Pixies so I think I'll try them next if I can find them. I hope you're having a nice weekend! : )

Hi hi, I'm Chrissi; I'd like to spend a few hours delving into your playlists. It seems likely that I'll find a lot of good tunes here. I appreciate the comments that you've made on some of the tracks I've listened to, today. Smiles from Denmark!

Nope! Don't think I've ever been to Gunsan, actually; mostly stayed in the Gyeongsang-do region and Seoul. Sorry!

Thanks bro. Yeah, check out CITIZEN USELESS, the new album is MUCH cooler and more to your tastes I think. We are going in a more "Irish punk/surf/rockabilly direction lately. ;)

It's got to be all of those Pixies, Bad Brains and Dead Milkmen tracks. I guess they're considered classic. To be honest I'm not familiar with a lot of your top artists, except Deee-Lite, of course. I highly recommend This Bike is a Pipe Bomb. Judging by your charts I think you'd like them.

Yeah, I listen across genres a lot. I used to listen to only ska and punk, but here recently it's been everything from indie to country to rap. I would say that Pumpkins, Pogues, and Pixies are among my all time favorites. I highly recommend Spraynard. They are a new punk band with tons of energy.

I'm gonna check that stuff out, thanks! And if you want to find new reggae/ragga artists I suggest you start listening to Riddim albums, where several artists record their own song on the same riddim. I can recommend "Riddim Driven: Doctor's Darling".

Yeah, currently listening to a lot of reggae and ragga. I started out with drum n bass, slowly shifted towards breakcore and into raggajungle. Eventually I ended up here :) Got any tips for some nice breakcore, raggacore or raggajungle?
