'Death' is a definite improvement. Seven Chalices is five years ago, they mastered the production and the focus is crystallized. They moved on from 7C and went deeper and further. One can't get stuck at 7C, there's so much work to be done, hehe. Antediluvian and Malthusian are on constant rotation. We'll see where this ends, hope never |m|

Brilliant, put me down on reservation for a copy to get from you. I've just finished the lyrics so it should be ready to record this month hopefully. There's also a shirt design that I've made if you're interested in getting one? http://a6.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/s720x720/303026_155833557835208_100002256953372_304167_284160_n.jpg Oh aye, definately. But the UK has a fair amount of great bands; Funeral Throne, Instinct, Cultfinder, Towers of Flesh, Ghast, The Axis of Perdition, Rosicrucian, Caïna and plenty of amazing death metal as well. This might be of interest for a southerner such as yourself: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=130992436990624 And aye, Laaandaan is pretty shite, it always makes you feel like a tourist no matter how many times you go. I'm from merry ol' Birmingham, mate. Home Counties? Wheresabouts are you actually from then?

Hey man! I've only just found your email reply. I rarely check my email and my Uni account/email has been acting up a bit lately. I'm glad to know you've got some Portent in the works. I'm looking forward to hearing something new from that demo CD I've got. Haha, I only listen to the finest ;) SD is coming along swimmingly. I've written a shitload of riffs, strung them all together in a fitting way, am partly into the lyric writing now and it should be ready to record in september. It was going to be one long 20 minute track, but it would be better to break down into about 3 shorter songs but still have them flow as a whole. It'll be a split with Hamish's band Haar, I'm really looking forward to their side, since they're absolutely amazing. Whereabouts are you from anyway, mate?

I saw your profile on a artist's page (I think), and then clicked on your band link at the top of this page, then played your band's radio, and this was the first song that came up. Really nice stuff! I listened to what was on myspace this weekend, and really liked all of it!!! Looking forward to your new stuff later this year! Peace...

Aye, I liked the artwork! Brilliant stuff! The solo stuff will be quite atmospheric, influenced by Walknut, WITTR, Gris, Mortifera etc... at the moment I only have guitars recorded and I'm waiting for Hamish to lay down the drums so I can get started properly. I'm putting out a split with Selbstmord (US) and Barshasketh (NZ) soon (hopefully before the end of the summer) so I'm pretty exited about that. I'll send you some mp3s once I manage to get the stuff done!

Hey man, I got your tape! Thanks again for that, I'll give it a listen and let you know what I think asap! I'll need to go to the library for that since I don't own a tape player! I don't know if I mentioned it to you, but I'm working on some solo stuff as well as Acatalepsy and Haar. Hopefully I'll release some material for that this summer!

Hey man, yeah it is Will! I'd be keen to hear the new stuff- it would be great if you could send it through! The rest of the Haar tour was great, especially the Manchester date! I like 'Ballade Cuntre Lo Anemi Francor' as well as the album you mentioned for PN, it's quite different though so you may not like it. I especially like this song of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-nY9j8Rxcrg don't let the chanting bit at the start put you off! ;)

Thank you. The first Portent demo is pleasingly atmospheric. The latest track is great, too. I'm looking forward to any future releases.

Hey matey, I've not seen that one either, I might just get that coffin box from the US, then I've seen them all! CH, man that film is nuts, haven't seen it in about 10 years though. That's a shame, it's going to rule! (sorry.)

The Black Cat is pretty good, just not one of his best. I'm gonna say they're all worth a fiver, which is what you'll get 'em for. Are you going to Armageddonfest?

Hey, yes I have the R2 edited version unfortunately- think it begins by the poolside. Hmm, I bought them all because of the spine thingy (I know), but there are several really decent films in there: 'Phantom Of Death', 'Torso', 'Late Night Trains', 'What Have They Done To Your Daughters?', 'The Frightened Woman' and 'Baba Yaga' were all a cracking view, of the ones I've seen so far. I'm assuming you've seen NYR, well this version is cut, but is a nice print and well the cuts don't bother me too much (the nip slicing.) This goes for all Shameless releases actually, they have all been mastered to the best quality you will find.
