Was pretty neat! Although I miss Hoest's long hair, haha. Kampfar's performance was also stellar.

You can with Last.fm Pro. I was really quite done with it, it represents music I no longer listen to anyway.

Yo! So I just checked out that Mammoth Grinder album and it's good but... those drums are fucking boring, and it's extremely frustrating because I feel like if the drumming was a bit more interesting I would've certainly enjoyed the music more. And that Portal album is very good, first album of the band that I listen and I enjoyed it. Anyway, thanks for the recommendations because this month has been sooo dry, lol. Still have to check out Crow Black Sky btw.

I would have to give it another listen to form a proper opinion. I went through it while I was in some sort of a rush to get somewhere, so it didn't quite stick with me as I would have liked.

Oh, pfff. I listen to far too many bands and genres to give any particular recommendations. What are you interested in besides J-Rock?

Hip-Hop mostly, but I think I should listen to some more American rock artists. Lately, I have been searching for some good symphonic metal. I love Versailles very much, but I would be thrilled to expand my horizons further.

It's quite campy in a sense, as somewhere it feels exaggerated. Yet at the same time I cannot help to just completely rock out to it.

Never listened to any Gloryhammer album but I like the band's concept. Not taking yourself seriously is definitely a breath of fresh air in the scene these days. Thanks for the feedback! Will probably come back here to confirm if I liked the album, because "To Erebor" was a pretty sweet track.

It's quite gnarly. Really ugly album (in a good sense) that still manages to capture the essence of the rawer Scandinavian movement, but instead with superb mastering.

With the perpetual stream of experimental sub-genres, I think this album is actually a fresh breath of air in the black metal scape because it sounds so principal and unadorned. I suppose that sometimes we should take the time to appreciate the less technical and challenging.

What can I say? I'm attracted to pretty things, and they to me! :P jk. It seems like a good amount of indie/underground Japanese folk/singer-songwriters tend to enjoy taking pics in nature and taking pics that evoke an overall pleasant aesthetic. More often than not, It really fits the tone of the music they make.

Hey!! I was looking through your charts, and maybe you would have some interest in checking my band, it's hardly influented by Sleaze/80's Hard Rock... we're from Brazil and that's our first record, completly independent and stuff... well, here's the link and thank you for the attention! https://open.spotify.com/album/4mgoeiqJLHuW5Am8DWDH9U
