You're welcome! Your libary looked quite interesting (: Eingya will always hold a special place in my heart! I've only listened to it once yet, but Our Simulacra sounded pretty good on first listen, just need to listen to it some more to know how I'll truely feel about it. Kind of reminded me of his "older" stuff like Arboreal and Kirilian Selections. Definitely gonna be playing it more.

Also loving it, very solid album. Got it on vinyl and I've been playing it loads. New Seeds is my absolute favourite, maybe even a new top 5 track for me. Nothing is Real, Reach for the Dead, Come to Dust, Sick Times and Cold Earth are all standout tracks. Also finally bought TCH on CD, I never downloaded it or anything so I'd barely listened to it in full in the past so it's actually still really fresh for me also loving that. It's the time of the season for BoC love

...Mind you it is all on grooveshark and other sites... I don't really have any excuse now. Haha. So yeah, I DL'd their other early tapes including the 35 track one but haven't listened to them in full. What I'm been really interested in lately is BoC's earliest EPs which only got extremely limited releases, i.e. Play By Numbers. Came across this sample: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEPPv-o68KY and it sounds so awesome, I would kill to hear the whole thing. I spent some time looking up and researching about this EP and the other early ones, and I'm quite surprised that to this day they've NEVER been leaked online bar very short samples. Even with a limited run of only 100 copies produced, it's hard to believe they've stayed underground, especially considering the 'old tunes' compilations have been floating around for a while. I'd like to hope they get rereleased, one day, or at least that us people who aren't the band themselves and their friends can hear it in some form!

For some reason last.fm foils any reasonable attempt at formatting text. You don't seem to be able to use line breaks in any comments; not sure who decided that would be a good idea. As for the music, that I came across that Echus song the other day too and it's really cool. And yeah, I like Macquarie Ridge - thing is, dare I say it - I haven't actually listened to The Campfire Headphase properly, pretty sure I've never heard the whole album other than Dayvan Cowboy (Which is definitely one of my favourites for what it's worth) ! Normally I'd just listen to something like that on youtube at first, failing spotify, but I'm always a bit reluctant to just DL the album when it's a band like BoC. I probably should just to hear it before I'd even consider buying it but even then the CD is a tad expensive as of now and I'd worry I wouldn't end up supporting the artists despite how much I respect them. Maybe I'm caring too much, haha.

Just found out about those tapes of early BoC material (A Few Old Tunes etc.). Really cool and insightful, was so psyched to find out they had so many early songs and compilations that would've gone unheard. You've probably been familiar with it for longer though, I'm a reasonably new listener, ha.

Yeah I definitely agree about BoC, and I find the same thing about having a really unbalanced number of plays per artist, haha. As for spotify I definitely see what you mean and I can totally understand why the duo took most of their music off it. Like you were getting at - they're a band I really respect and want to support, which is why I got MHTRTC on CD (that and it's one of my favourite albums). I've picked up a lot of their stuff from some downloads and other people but I'd definitely like to buy more of their stuff or CD or even vinyl; but it is usually really expensive on vinyl.
