Wow, still somewhat is shock, 1-5.... who saw that one coming? The chances of "R" have decreased from 60% to 26%. Much more postive now. And then getting rid of Kenwright & the board..

Do you rate Jeremiah St.Juste? He's just been called up for the Dutch national team.

Yeah he's good. Very fast, strong player but I'm not that good at rating players to be honest. A player named Baku left Mainz for Wolfsburg a while back and I thought that would ruin his career. I was completely wrong- he's been fantastic for them, Wolfsburg are currently 3rd in the league.

Yep! You beat me to it. What a weekend, my local team, AZ winning (are 3rd) & Mainz another good result, again..

On the plus side, Mainz got their first point last weekend. Do you know the singer Austin Lucas? He's holed up in your town too.

A question I've always forgotten to ask, how do you rate Jean-Philippe Gbamin? He seems to be almost fit now, after that horror injury.

I knew the band by name, obviously, but hadn't played them here, which is now rectified. Not on Spotify tho.. Still young, the singer, such a shame. Speaking of legends, Peter Green, another one. Unfortunately it won't stop, as you have said earlier

Agree, lastfm has lost important features since CBS bought them a few years ago :-( But the devs are still working, they have a forum where one can see this. Let's hope one day lastfm gets to where it was once again. Btw the playlists are back again here at lastfm, somehow. See my blog, e.g. one can export them into spotify for playing... D.h. wir koennen auch auf Deutsch schreiben ab jetzt ?

Happy 11th scrobbling anniversary today! ... how quick time passed by playing your >13200 bands ... May you be blessed with even more such musical anniversaries, and many hidden, musical pearls in the years to come ... What's your idea about lastfm nowadays ( and what did you figure to get back when you joined over a decade ago) ... btw: Here in Germany the politicians extended the steps against COVID-19 disease, once again. Is this same at your place ?

I do actually, 10kms from the sea, as the crow flies. I can see the dunes from my appartment window.

Got another one, il Maestro Ennio M., well he was 91, which we have yet to get to. And well done to your team for staying up, and Bremen too, I just saw.

I know what you mean, it's not the same with the empty stadiums. Davy Klaassen has re-found his form at Werder, I've gotten to see. Got another tip 4u: Opera Alaska. A Dutch duo, who met at Ikea...I kid ye not.

I watched Sportschau for the 2nd week in a row last Saturday, better than the week before. It ain't the same with these empty stadiums (away teams appear to have the advantage..). But it's the only footie we're getting for the time being. Your team (Mainz, if I remember correctly) could be doing better, which of course is kicking in an open door, sry 4 that.

Let me return the favour: PriMO! ( a girl band from Melbourne - sry, that does sound trite, put like that) and aswekeepsearching, a band from India (I kid ye not)

I just read that Tony Allen has died. I saw you playing him recently. (He's also one of the artists who gives us a super compatibility)

Ha, yes. Unprecedented times. You stayed in touch. And it’s been only ten years. *grin*

And of course Rain Parade, whom I forgot to mention in my haste yesterday. To my big surprise I hadn't played here yet. Also on my To Do list.

Sad days, I can't say I knew him, but Mazzy Star are really good. I don't know Opal, but will play some, in his memory.

I couldn't believe it either. 64 is no age these days, some lung problem. I can remember their first concert I saw, the sound...WOW, so much better than on Entertainment, as good as that one is. Andy, an unconventional guitar hero.

A belated Merry Christmas to you too, and while we're at it, all the very best for next year 2020. Carlo started off well, another plus.

And very shortly thereafter, another of my musical heroes is no longer among us, Scott Walker in this case...he was still quite active, musically. No more though.

Very sad news indeed. It was unlikely he would make new music (though he did for an episode of Boss - Kelsey Grammar show in the US -), but now he simply can't. A real genius, a word not to be used lightly, but in this case true. And 64 is no age at all these days, which makes it worse.

You don't like Pete Shelley's solo work? (saw your comment on his very sad demise)

The semi's are pretty easy; Belgium & England. I wouldn't mind either of them becoming Champions, so that's a tougher one. It would be good to have another Evertonian as World Champion, like Ray Wilson. And Jordan is doing a great job thus far. May it continue. And you?
