Yes, my fav song by them is '750.000 anni fa... l'amore?' Amazing vocal. Other great Italian prog bands to check out are Metamorfosi's 'Inferno' album, Le Orme's 'Felona e Sorona', and Il tempio delle clessidre (with the same vocalist from Museo). Also, as far as excellent '70s prog goes, see if you can find Mezquita, the album 'Recuerdos de mi tierra', from Spain. Was on Spotify till recently. >:( haha that's enough prog nerding for now :) greetings from China

By the way, Пающіє труси's mastermind and Ukrainian rock legend Kuzma died in a car crash two months ago, if you didn't know. Perhaps, we won't see any new releases of them.

Danke, I haven't been familiar with some of those songs. But why there is no your epic masterpiece "Sacred Soil" in that list? :)

I know, I think sometimes what is needed is time. Everything is fine here, in all aspects and I think that's enough to be happy.

Just thought about marvelous Palästinalied by Qntal which you introduced me at once as well. You have an aptitude for such music :).

Thanks you! I've discovered that authentic version of O Fortune last summer, but eventually forgot about it . Personally I prefer this one to Carl Orff classical piece, which is great itself as well.

"Mathematica is the queen of science"(c). It's not really the science itself, more likely a universal language and tool for any other science (even linguistics or economics). "If people do not believe that mathematics is simple, it is only because they do not realize how complicated life is." (c) John von Neumann :-)

Finally, I'm 'just' 23 and still 'not-so-clever'. I certainly can imagine, that when I'll be 35 and have family and children, my life priorities may changed slightly or even significantly :). Anyway, why NYC, LA sounds much better =D.

To my mind I see no contradictory. The science itself is an extremely complicated sphere of human activity, but we can roughly divide it on fundamental (theoretical) and applied (practical) parts. My specialty directly related to macroeconomics, which by definition belongs more to the first, than the other. The general question of my science is the following: "We can surely do some modeling of formal systems (e.g. Physics) with the help of math. Can we do the same with informal ones (e.g. Economics)?". As we all know, human person's thinking is not formal (or rational) even in the most pragmatic of us (famous Raven paradox), and economics is inherently a product of thinking (one of the shortest definition of economy - the decision making process of business strategies). So, I really do enjoy the economic basics I'm trying to research and I'm not ready for working in applied area i.e. finance.

Ha-ha, would be quite hilarious to launch something from BBH bands like this (see add. notes for title translation), especially if to take into account the ethnic demographics of Wall Street :). If to say a bit more serious, I'm too young to choose money as my main life's gradient right now. I still can't get used to Kiev, so NYC seems like living hell to me.

Hi Sebastian! The things are going more or less okay, unlike my English. I've just started working in my alma mater for my first post-graduate degree - candidate of sciences, which can be roughly equal to PhD degree, but in general it's a bit higher mark. Achieved my masters degree almost a year ago. My brunch of science is called "Mathematical modeling of economical systems" and my science 'theme' (better to say direction, but I love that Greek word :P) is roughly "The impact of investment (both state and private) in scientific researches on structural changes of Ukraine's economy". We will see, what will it be... My litter sister is 14 now (15 in July), and male teenagers are actually starting to pay attention on her, he-he. Unfortunately I see her and rest of my family quite rarely, mostly in summer.

Oh no, I am not Greek. Furthest thing from it, though half my family are Greek Jamaican, I'm not culturally Greek or 'really Greek' for the matter. By islands I meant Caribbean, though realizing it now, I probably should have specified. Surprising, from my charts but i have been listening to metal as you can tell since 14. Only speak English and French. I have a few Greek friends, none who know how to speak but it's good that you have a place you can belong to, i suppose.

I am not German. I remember why you got banned, such a silly reason! Glad you enjoyed my library radio, I don't even listen to it, haha. A Suffusion of Yellow is great, total metal composition using the gameboy as an instrument, definitely my favourite chiptune artist. What nick is the same as my lastfm nick minus 'voskat'. And yeah, been listening to a fairly inordinate amount of Wir sind Helden lately, enjoying it quite a bit. :) Do you have anything that sounds like them, by any chance?

Ahh so you were born in Greece? Or at the very least have Greek parents lol. You'd think NY has a big metal scene, but I suppose the scene comparatively speaking with the amount of people in NY is quite small and rather cliquey tbh. I really liked Wintersun's Time I album a lot better than their debut. It's one of those albums where you don't need to skip to the next track. All tracks were composed very well, imo and they flow easily into one another. This album is heavily on the orchestra. Not many guitar solos, but I don't think it needs it. They took a new turn with their music and I'm kind of into the symphonic compositions as they were beautifully done. Perhaps a problem many had with the album was that it was short and lacked guitar solos. Since this is their release after 8 years, many probably wanted a longer full length, but imo I thought it was just fine the way it was. Quality >Quantity.

hah, thank *you* for the add. I tried adding you once your account was disabled on what, but you never responded to the request, so I decided to try again. (I dunno if you remember me or not, but we chatted some via PM over there, last thing I got from you was a message about you dropping the ball with deluge, then you were disabled). Anyways, I know Pavor from the association with DNS, but I only like tech thrash, tech death tends to really bore me for one reason or another.

Heya, nice to see Super Compatibility with someone as well. You seem to have a wide range of music, which is nice. I see some interesting stuff from Greek rock to Wagner! I've been meaning to check out more different genres of music, but always manage to fall upon one band/musician and then get stuck. Anyways, cheers! SSOGE is pretty awesome, a personal favorite.

The Nationalist movement of Italy and German was inspired by Greek culture. Greek thought was the beginning of Western and Secular thought, and the scientific method.

Hey, no problem :). Speaking about East-European movie scene I really suggest you to watch this movie (of course, if you haven't seen it before). Really a must! The only problem is that it might be quite difficult to find it with a proper English translation because dialogs in this story worth everything and nothing in the same time :).

As for the social networks, no I don't have accounts there, only in Vkontake (Facebook-analogue for ex-USSR people. I do use some instant messengers, check your PM section ;-)
