http://demo-series.blogspot.com/2008/12/portal-demo-demo.html That's where I got the portal ep / album from, so it must be. Also it's whack and sucks.

I just ran across your post, and comment regarding the legendary Bing Crosby,I wish you would listen to his classic recordings from the 30 and 40s, ....a voice like gold and butter. He still may not be your kind of singer, but he is a mine.....thought I would share my thoughts.....who knows you may be pleasantly surprised.

Ah yes, quite so, I appear to have been mistaken. On further investigation I discover that he used to be a Christian, but no longer is. Hmmmm, weird how I was quite sure he was one, and Catholic, at that. Where the hell'd I pick that up? Nice taste btw, Ghostface, Crowded House and Dimmu Borgir in the same list is quite impressive.

If you're into Leftfield, you might enjoy BudNubac. BudNubac have a Cuban influence in their sound, but definitely have some of the same 'full immersion in the album' feeling that you get with Leftfield. BudNubac is a music project by one of the guys from Nightmares on Wax, so you can see why it might be worth a listen. Yeah, I know this is spam, but the label's been running for three months now and there's just no way that one man can forge a proper relationship with enough people to make a living without mailshots. I will answer my e-mail though. http://blancomusic.com/que-se-yo

It wasn't me spamming, of course; my account has been compromised by a phishing site. BTW, HELLO THERE! :-)

yeah, well, now a days, as with most of the time back then, i watch horror as comedy, not horror... I haven't been scared of a film since about 1982 .. becasue they mostly suck. so if they suck, they might as well suck bad right? I rent or buy the cheesiest ones i can fnd typically. - E

since 1973 i guess.. things were diff back then, they probably figured i was too young to be effected by it. Which is true, but i became a HUGE horror fan early on. I saw Jaws and Grizzly in the theater when i was 4-5 in 1976-77. In the early and mid eighties.. it was horror movie marathons with my cousin and mom. I've seen thousands of the best and WORSt ever made. I got a friend coming over tonight for some new horror .. "Hydra" ..looks incredibly stupid, cant wait. - E

that would have to be the remake... or a sequal. I was in the theater for the premier of the original Exorcist in 1973. I was an infant, and my mother was so terrified, that she sat in the lobby witn me for most of the movie. She said just the growls and sound effects gave her nightmares for months. My father stayed in the theater and also was afected by the movie, and at one point speculated I was possed. He did a lot of LSD though.. so .. -E
