I'm fine. Actually, I'm weird. I'm disoriented. I'm not sure where I am exactly. I mean I know but it feels odd, being here. I'm okay.

do you not get any sort of breaks at school/work? that's when i do most of my reading. mainly in my hour lunchbreak. plus you could listen to music whilst reading. yeah it definetly appeals to the miserable misanthrope within me. http://www.dagonbytes.com/thelibrary/lovecraft/nyarlathotep.htm it's very short so i'll just send you the link. i had tears in my ears when i first read this. it's so fucking powerful and i strangely interpreted it as really beautiful. in the most soul-destroying way. i dunno what your opinion on video games is but i'm playing bloodborne at the minute and not only is one of the best games i've played but they really do nail the lovecraft influence to the point where it feels almost entirely original. it's really blowing me away with how they translated his philosophy into the world they created. some really unique shit tbh.

awesome. i should really listen to it but there's so much stuff i've bought recently that i need to check out ha. ah man that sucks. how come you don't have time for it? yeah dude, the whole cosmological/philosophical horror and anti-anthropocentrism thing just alligns so well with my outlook on life. not to mention the idea of horror which we ourselves cannot fully comprehend but is always there is fucking major nightmare fuel. i think shadow over innsmouth is straight after atmom (the book goes in chronological order if you hadn't already figured) so i'm super looking forward to that one too. i think nyarly is my favorite deity from the cthulu mythos. the idea of an amorphous egyptian god that embodies the complete and utter destruction of the entire cosmos...man it's so fucking cool. the fan art of him is unreal too. have you read the prose poem that is named after him?

sounds like it'd be right up my street. didn't know about it being based around a movie. that's awesome. stupid in the dark is really great (it being the only song i've heard from it). i haven't checked out the twin peaks thing yet but i saw the live show of it at the back end of last year and it was soooo good. i'm looking forward to seeing how much the 2 differ. thanks! you a fan of lovecraft? i'm reading his entire works at the minute, about 2/3rds of the way through. just started at the mountains of madness on friday.
