Hello , "BlackBird" is digital available > This song includes typical blues & rock elements. The lyrics reproach the leaders and their work and demand all common people to move on. The Bird is the sensible indicator of environment and a confident call for action too -"the world is going mad - with little wings you can touch the sky … move on" ... [ Available on iTunes, Qobuz , amazon ... Drumandvoice - BlackBird / Crystal Creek / Like A Dream / Time to Realize/Seven Days] > best regards H. :)

Hi, since our music tastes tend to crossover a bit I thought you might be interested in some of the music from the collective I'm apart of, "Xoul City." If you're into classic hip-hop stylings to soulful R&B, check out what we've been doing at the following link: https://linktr.ee/xoulcity or search "Xoul City" or "Xoul Sessions" on your favorite online music store or streaming service. We also have exclusive and free.99 to name your price projects at xoulcity.bandcamp.com Thanks, Noble

Hi there. Hope you're well. No i haven't heard Maysa's new stuff. I'll definitely check it out though. Any tracks you recommend? I've just started listening to a Norwegian artist, Bernhoft, have you heard any of his tracks? Pretty good stuff , you might like him.

Hi there. Nice to hear from you too. You should definitely go to see the BNH if you get a chance, they are a great live band, and of course Incognito are too. Have you heard any of Bluey's solo work? You might like this too. By the way what part of the States are you from?

Lmao! Why I been sleep on ya girl Ann. I'm listening to her debut and "I'm Here For You", "I'll Be Your Everything" & "I'm Still Wearing Your Name" go hard.

Yasss ol skool R&B Robyn plays! Do you have any Dorothy Moore plays? Even though all her music is too depressing and brown liquor for my personal taste, her songs go hard!

Yes! I hope it's a slow jam. & Faith is SNATCHED on that cover. Fizzy is bringing cuteness this era.

It's OK. It's great to see young female artists to shake off their boring templates forced on them by their producers. Not as memorable as their solo songs unfortunately but hey.

I love them already! About Amos Lee, I suggest you should listen to Jails and Bombs, Kid, Truth, Street Corner Preacher as a start to see if you're into the genre. And yeeah, Multiply is one of Lidell's best songs (and the eponymous album is his best according to me), his last release is a bit 'noisy' but really funky good, his voice is so soulful. I went to see him live when he had put out JIM (very retro and accessible music), he's one of the best performers and singers, he even ventures vocal and instrumental improvisations on stage (including with his vocoder) that left me with almost eternal goosebumps :D

yeah that's cool news, u definitely ought to NOT miss him! =D on my part, didn't go, I didnt even know at that time he was stopping by Brussels..I'm going to see Amos Lee live next week, he's a gifted folk-soul singer, can't wait! Anyway, I love Chaka and Faith but don't know that much of their discography. What I listen to from them have made me rape the replay button for many years now, so I hope you don't mind if I let myself dig into your listens ^^ they're inspiring!

well I think a 3-hour trip is worth Ziggy Marley..okay, easy for me to say when I was only 20 minutes away from the venue he performed at :p But really, he does great Bob renditions and his own music is mostly so joyous <3 About Kelis, umm..downloaded her latest release but still have to listen to it, I heard it was very old school. Are you speaking of another album coming ?

By the way I highly recommend the music of Jamiroquai. Don't know if you've listened to any of their music? It's very much in the same league as Incognito and Brand New Heavies. I would try the album Rock Dust Light Star. It's fabulous!
