Before I moved up to Lexington, I'd travel up for a week or so to hang out with my boyfriend (I lived three hours away at the time), and I traveled up there the week that BMSR played at the Red Mile Barn in Lexington. I had no idea they were even playing until a week later. I was HEATED. That barn is practically my next door neighbor now, and I get so bitter every time I look at it. I didn't know they played at Southgate! I'm hoping that Crystal Castles plays closer so I can finally see them. I've seen live footage and it looks like it would be a hell of a time.

:( Well, I did ask Tom if he was going to bring BMSR back since they're touring in the fall, and he couldn't say for certain, but he was going to try to sometime either in the fall or sometime next year. He was really blown away by the crowd response and fell in love with us. I'll have to try to track you down when I hear of a tour date and then you will have no other choice but to say "fuck work" and go.

Absofuckinglutely amazing. It was so fun! I met and took a pic with Mr. Fec. Sweetest guy ever. <3 Wish you could've been there, everyone was into it and everyone left either as new fans or bigger fans than they already were.

god damn it, you're right. The world is unfair on every level >:(. It would of been amazing to see explosions, MBV, and Godspeed all on one stage. But knowing Godspeed, they would never do that. And I'm fine with that because I've already seen them live when they were in Seattle

I don't know, do you really think Godspeed will play the fest? Last.fm hasn't lied to me yet about event line-ups, yet

I missed No Age, but Pavement was one of the best shows I've seen in a long time. I'm a die-hard for Pavement though, they could've stood up there and sung kumbaya and i would've been in pure gleeful bliss. great set list. the version of Range Life I got to see will stick with me for a long time, quite possibly forever.
