Do you like Dolly Parton or Aerosmith better? Or what about Kim Petras or Iron Maiden?

Always changing. To whittle it down to 3 I'd say White Knuckles, Couldn't Call It Unexpected No.4 and Green Shirt. How about you?

Since 1993 or thereabouts, feels like a lifetime ago. Nice to meet another Bob fan and also another human on last.fm.

Much obliged! I never realized how nineties-centric I was until I came here. Been schooling myself on the forties.

Not many fans here of "Mona Lisa" by Primitive Radio Gods. Want a live version?

Hey there, I've actually only listened to "On Fire" and a few songs from "This is Our Music"...what do you think of "Today" is it worth checking out? I'm a sucker for re-issues as well, I think it's interesting to compare the different versions and hear how an album is mixed differently.

Wow! That's one heck of a play count! The Weezer kicks I go on, are a result of ambient background music when I'm working on projects. I'n not quite sure why I play Weezer though? :)

Absolutely :-) Well we both have great taste in music ;-) I just hope they come to Oslo one day, so I can see them live. Have you had the luck to see them live?

Next to "Ban Marriage", "Boys of Melody" easily is my favorite on 'The Smell of Our Own'. I'm not terribly big on 'Origin: Orphan' - it seems like he's tried to go even bigger and more cinematic with his pop leanings but most of the songs don't really go anywhere. The single "In the NA" was good as was one of its b-sides "Mind, Matter & Waste". Didn't think much of anything else, sadly. I'm still waiting for "No Gay Goth Scene" to get a proper release...

Thank you for the kind words. :) 'The Smell Of Our Own' hit me as something truly special when I first heard it and in the seven years since it's been out - has it really been that long? Good lord! - it hasn't diminished a bit. I'm fortunate enough to live close to Toronto so I was able to catch them live numerous times between 2003-2005 - always a fantastic experience. What are your thoughts on 'Origin: Orphan'?

Thanks for the recommendation, Dylan's Christmas album should be listened to because it is hysterical. At times...it's so bad, that it's good. Other times, it's just bad. It can either be filed under "Christmas" or "comedy". Check out this video of "Must be Santa" where Bob Dylan explores the genre of polka music (yes, you heard right)...and you'll know what I'm talking about... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLZ8LPIh4Xc&feature=fvst
