Oh it did, but this is only my second Last.fm account, and I had a lot more Drudkh plays on my last account. Sorry I was late getting back to you. Katatonia is wonderful, since I've discovered them they've become my favorite band.

Well, in Italy it depends on whether you are working in the state school system or in the private one. The salary is anyway very decent and you also have lots of breaks during the school year, you can be paid to teach and study what you love, you travel at least once a year with your classes... it has a lot of pros but also some "bad sides" - as everything in the world, it's clear. The main problem for me is that you usually have to wait for years in order to get a stable place, because of bureaucracy and other crazy stuff. That's why I am trying to elaborate a "plan B" so that I have alternatives in case everything gets fucked up. In case it doesn't... Well, I'd be happy, but I'm not counting on it very much lol. Anyway, keep me updated about your big travel! Any route you choose, it's going to be exciting :)

Ohh well, lots of ideas but no time, I'd like to take a Russian course in Saint Petersburg after my bachelor, then I'll probably look for a job until I start my master - I don't even know whether to stay in Rome or not, but there's still plenty of time and life is full of surprises... My "final goal" is to become a teacher, so I need to go on with uni&courses anyway. As for your trip... go for it! Don't procrastinate if you don't need to, it will be a great experience, I'm sure.

Hey, I'd say ok, I'm in Italy again and I am studying for my last exams here while working now and then. Nothing really special, just some stress because of deadlines + my mania of filling up my days with a lot of stuff to do, which basically keeps me from living in a more or less sane way. But it seems I can't help but doing so, so it's ok, I could say I like it. What about you? It's been some months now, have you really gone to America?

Hi, don't worry for the late reply, you know it's a talent of mine too. I'm glad you're fine and that you're still alive and planning things. I'm currently living in Germany as Erasmus student, in the meanwhile Switzerland was added to my list of "visited countries" - I've been to Zurich and to Luzern, just one-day-trips, but they're no big cities at all so it was enough imo. I'll stay here for 5 months and I hope I'll have the opportunity to visit more cities in the surroundings, maybe I'll even manage to go to France - but it's more a matter of money than of time, actually. I hope that you'll have the chance to visit Norway and Iceland, I wouldn't return to Norway if not for a very short and cheap weekend in Oslo or to go to the Lofoten islands, but I'd really like to travel to Stockholm instead, while Iceland could be hard to be planned on your own, even though I know people who did it. And about Alaska and Canada - if you don't answer for too long, I'll assume you moved there then!

Apparently, I wrote so much that I had to split my answer in two parts. Anyway, the city I liked most is Saint Petersburg, I've been there one year ago and it was an outstanding experience, I really hope I'll manage to come back soon. I was considering to do my master degree there but the bureaucracy is not very friendly, so I'm going for something else. And well, I have also been to Germany and to Norway, but Saint Pete and Prague totally stole my heart haha And about Prague and Rome: yes, they're big cities and arts and history are in every corner. Rome's historical center is very big and I guess you could visit it endlessly and somehow find a new little splendid church which you never noticed in the last 7 years; I only wish that the citizens loved the city more, but apparently their main worry is the football team, and it is a bit depressing, considering the enormous value of our capital. But yes, if you have the opportunity to, you should definitely come and visit it.

(I have some huge problems with replying to messages in a decent frame of time) Yes, I really love traveling, that's also one of the reasons why I like studying foreign languages; I think that it's good to experience something different in a different place from time to time, you don't just learn how to appreciate something you don't know, but also your own homeland, in some way. And you can't really understand who you are until you don't meet "the other", it's impossible to define yourself before you enter a "confrontation" with that something which is external to you and which delimits you. I guess that traveling opens someone's mind in this sense, you get conscious of what you are and of what exists beyond you, it makes you a better individual (unless the main purpose of your travel becomes to take good photos for Instagram lol).

Yep, I have been there twice and I'd come back once again if only I had enough time and money! I'm totally in love with Prague, it is such a beautiful city, I felt like home when I was there. I've also had a trip to the Sedlec Ossuary in Kutná Hora in 2015, I didn't manage to visit the town because we were short on time but I really liked it anyway and I got the impression that there's much more to see besides from Prague. And I have seen some photos of Český Krumlov, it seems to be deeeefinetely worth a visit. What about you, ever been to Italy? Actually, I don't live in Rome, I was born there and I go there everyday because of university and family, but I live in the nearbies, something like 30km far from the city. The name of the area is "Castelli Romani" :)

Oh, sorry, I was sure I had answered you but apparently it was just in my mind; I'm Italian, I live in Rome. And which city of Czech Republic are you from?

That sounds lovely. We don't get four seasons where I live, basically just a warm season (which lasts most of the year) and a raining season (that never gets really cold). I've always been curious about your country, to be honest, it's among the ones I'd like to visit. I don't know much about it, but it looks beautiful from the pictures I've seen. The music also sounds interesting. Do you have any recommendations, by the way? Don't have to be metal bands, I really love folk music. Oh, and I'm 27, how old are you?

That's the impression I had, good to know it's true. Having someone to share tips of what to do and where to go would be cool, hope I can get there someday :) I'm more into metal or folkish stuff nowadays, but I used to listen to a lot of electronic music when I was younger, mostly darkwave and dark electro, but other stuff too. Sure, send me some of yours

Hey :) You wrote to me like one year ago, but I'm off with last.fm. However I reconnected with my account today and found your poetry FB profile and liked it :) Most of it is in Czech even Polish is similar it's hard to understand ;p I visited Prague in December. It's such a beautiful city! Liked it a lot :) Especially Mucha Museum, who is a great and inspiring artist :) Also, I like you're music taste, as I myself listen to a mix of many genres like metal and electronic music (my lastfm profile is not up to date ;p). I've seen here Gojira and Apparat witch are artists I also appreciate. It's good to have open mind with that. Cheers :)

haha, thanks :) i really enjoyed the last Perc and Lucy albums, Perc also made a kickass Fact mix recently. If you carve for something more obscure, than i would recommend Keith Fullerton Whitman's greatest hits on soundcloud. Supposedly, he goes and takes apart these songs he really liked in the 80s and 90s. they sound totally otherworldly. its a long but worthy listen: https://soundcloud.com/kfw/sets/greatest-hits

i actually really like it. its very different than his earlier works, but he has been releasing a lot of stuff on stroboscopic artefacts lately and i like how he blends his techno side into that of the stabil-era.
