Parent's have a strong influence on our taste indeed. My stepfather influenced mine and was very into new wave, synthpop, the smiths, that type of music. Naturally I appreciate those sounds too. RDJ does have a creepy smile but I enjoy it and sometimes find myself posing for pictures with that same smile! lol

Ah I love Fingerbib too lol. There is this guy on youtube named Andrew Flanders. He makes acoustic versions of RDJ songs. They sound really nice and warm imo. He even does Fingerbib: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HU3UOe_j04

So it seems that you really do get bored of lengthy tracks after sometime lol. Earthmover kept my attention the entire track the first time I heard it. My brother likes Kendrick a lot too and I dig some of the stuff he has played from him. I'm not too into rap to be honest but some of the stuff I've delved in is El-P, Saul Williams (more like spoken word I suppose), dälek, and that cool sounding Clouddead album. That song you showed me sounded OK. It made me realize how there is so much music I will never hear just because of how much of it there is. "Come to Daddy" was pretty crazy the first time I saw it lol. That's cool to have RDJ appreciation out there like that though. People out here are familiar with Aphex Twin but only a few tracks. My favorite track... that's a tough one. My top Aphex Tracks would be XMD 5a, Untitled #3 (Melodies from Mars), Girl/Boy Song, Green Calx, Shiny Metal Rods, Ziggomatic v17... So many to choose from lol PAPAT4 and Produk 29 I enjoy a lot from Syro.

Syro is pretty awesome I think. I never heard the XMAS_EVE10 track before so it was pretty amazing to enjoy it for the first time. PAPAT4 I loved on first listen because of how quirky the synth sounds. I think its a solid album overall and I am still giving it listens to see how each of the tracks change as I pick out more of the details within them. Earlier this year we had the released Caustic Window album and now we have Syro so its really great to hear some new RDJ material. I remember when I first heard Windowlicker during my teen years and being blown away. When I delved into his discography I then realized how talented he truly was... But I digress. What do you think of Syro?

I understand. Ambient can be a time-consumer haha. Lmao Skinny Japanese xD yeah they are skinny and japanese indeed. Earthmover is a nice heavy track and the extreme shoegaze part is pretty overwhelming. I love it. Blew my mind the first time I heard it. Honestly I don't listen to much rap. My brother does. He's into Kendrick Lamar, Earl Sweatshirt, Lupe Fiasco. Those type. I think they sound cool though. I prefer a good electronic track or shoegazy track though. I'm not familiar with meme-tracks. Or maybe I've seen them but didn't recognize what they were. Fake lesbians? lmao beauty is skin-deep indeed.

Hello again. Usually I can appreciate a good atmospheric (ambient) track anytime, but I understand that that type of music isn't always a proper time to play. That album by Kyuss is pretty fucking awesome in my opinion. QOTSA are cool too though. Boris has stepped into different types of sounds but I really appreciate their heavy lengthy tracks. HANL (Have a Nice Life) are awesome indeed. Earthmover is a massive track: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AEsbcLOeVCw Thats funny that cliches in rap are present in Russian rap too. I listened to those tracks and the production is more electronic sounding than rap over here. Yeah I have heard of TATU but they didn't really catch my attention. Really hot ladies though haha.

Thats cool that Russia appreciates synth pop so much. Pretty cool. Over here people commonly play rap or some top 40 music.

Lol Cop Shoot Cop is a long track but I love it entirely. I really enjoy tracks that buildup like that. I totally dig stoner rock and shoegaze. Kyuss: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUDvRdDMc8k and Boris: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UCFU1Dpfmnk I recommend Have a Nice Life for some strong shoegaze: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snhkO-c-S0c

Cop Shoot Cop... is such a great closer on Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space. I've not heard of Secret Machines but I will check them out thank you. Very interesting to see that timeline and the origins of alternative music. My step-father would listen to new wave and 80s pop a lot so I naturally have an affinity for that type of music. My favorite sounds are synth, walls of noise, and deep bass.

Agreed. Everyone deserves to see their idols indeed. Spiritualized are awesome. Check out Spacemen 3 too if you enjoy that space rock sound.

I'm glad you enjoyed that video. I am not familiar with Dmitry Enteo. He looks younger than I imagined him to be. It does suck that people like that ruin it for the fans but that's the consequences of conservative ideology I suppose. I bet Manson didn't take the cancellation to heart though. He probably laughed it off. What about you though? How would you classify your views?

I never really watch Fallon or Kimmel to be honest. I don't watch much TV but I really enjoy the humor of The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and The Colbert Report. I would say that they are both somewhat popular. They both present hilariously good pokes at politics in general. Heres the clip I saw on Russia: http://thedailyshow.cc.com/videos/4xigsc/jason-jones-live-from-sochi-ish---better-off-red

Well I am not too keen on Russian history so I do not understand exactly but I imagine that the Russian culture is conservative. I saw a story on Russia by some fellows from The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. It made your country seem homophobic and close-minded. Every nation has their own struggles though I suppose. I agree that the arts are an important requirement for creative outlet of a culture.

I see. That is unfortunate. Morissey is a big artist too in my opinion. What do you think would give Russia better image?
